When multiple teeth are missing, a denture may be the most appropriate solution. Many patients find that a major advantage of dentures is the natural, healthy and attractive smile they provide.  A complete denture is a prosthesis used to replace all missing teeth. A partial is a prosthesis that is used to replace several missing teeth. Both appliances are removed each night to be cleaned while you sleep. Proper care will increase the life of your denture or partial. Being fitted with a denture or partial may take several appointments to get the best results. These appointments are usually spaced out over a 3 to 4 week period.
