Our Insurance Policies

Insurance Plans Accepted and Assistance

We accept most traditional plans and are providing for most plans. However we are not providers of Medicare / Medicaid. We will submit ONLY to your primary insurance company and will do so at no cost to you. If you have secondary insurance, we will be happy to assist you in filing your claim. Our goal is to assist you in maximizing your benefits and help answer any questions you may have.

Co Payment and Full Payment

Any and all co payments will be due at time of service.

After your insurance company pays us, we will send you a statement if any balance is remaining. Any balance remaining will be your responsibility.We cannot guarantee what your insurance company will pay; we simply estimate the amount MOST insurance companies pay. We can submit a pre-estimate to your insurance company for you before any major work is started.

Negotiation with your Insurance Company

You and your insurance company have a legal agreement and we are not involved in this agreement. You are OUR PATIENT and we will treat YOU and not your insurance company. Our agreement is with you. If your insurance company fails to honor our request for payment within 45 days,any balance will be your responsibility.
