How to use House Call Services

Because we are looking to improve our service to our patients, we have implemented a telephone appointment reminder system, HouseCalls©, to provide you with the courtesy of a timely, efficient reminder of your next scheduled appointment.

Confirmation of Appointment

HouseCalls will call you a few days prior to your next appointment to give you the day, date, and time of your appointment.

Confirm or Cancel Your Appointment by Phone

Please always inform us if within 48 hours if you need to reschedule your appointment.

Notify us of any changes or additional services needed for your appointment.

You will also be able to either confirm or reschedule your appointment by using your telephone keypad and pressing the following keys any time during the message:

Press the 1 Key to confirm your appointment
Press the 2 Key to replay the message
Press the 3 Key to cancel your appointment

If you are unavailable when the call is made and have voicemail or an answering machine, the system will leave you a brief message.
