Using Our Automated Call Services for Appointment Confirmation

Confirm or Cancel Your Appointment by Phone or Email:

You will receive an automated phone call giving you an option to confirm or change your appointment time.

Please always inform us if within 48 hours if you need to reschedule your appointment.

HouseCalls©, telephone appointment reminder system, it offers the courtesy of a timely, efficient reminder of your next scheduled appointment. This time is reserved for you kindly give us 48 yours notice if you miss your appointment there may be a $75.00 fee.

Confirmation of Appointment

HouseCalls© will call you a few days prior to your next appointment to give you the day, date, and time of your appointment.

Notify us of any changes or additional services needed for your appointment.

You will also be able to either confirm or reschedule your appointment by using your telephone keypad and pressing the following keys any time during the message:

Press the 1 Key to confirm your appointment
Press the 2 Key to replay the message
Press the 3 Key to cancel your appointment

If you are unavailable when the call is made and have voicemail or an answering machine, the system will leave you a brief message.

Confirmation to you by Phone

For regular 6 month cleanings we will call to confirm 1 month prior to the day of your appointment we will then call for a second confirmation two days prior to your appointment.

For regular dental work we will only call 2 days prior to the day of the appointment.
